At Tatiator Group LLC, we provide all the cleaning supplies and equipment needed for your service. However, if you prefer to use your own products, simply let us know in advance and leave them clearly labeled on the kitchen counter. Please note that for safety reasons, we can only use store-bought products with original labels displaying warnings and ingredients. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a discount for using your own supplies.

We are a fully licensed and insured cleaning service proudly serving residents and businesses in Orange and Seminole Counties.

Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly Cleaning: We offer recurring cleaning plans to fit your needs, from weekly deep cleans to monthly maintenance.
Special Event Cleaning: Need a sparkling space for a gathering? We offer one-time cleaning services for special occasions.
No-Contract Convenience: Enjoy the flexibility to adjust your cleaning plan as your schedule, budget, or cleaning needs change.

We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to reschedule your cleaning appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours (2 business days) in advance. We'll do our best to accommodate your request and find another suitable date and time for your cleaning service.

For your ultimate convenience, you are not required to be present during your scheduled cleaning service. Many of our valued customers take advantage of this time-saving option.
We Prioritize Your Security: Your trust is paramount. We take all necessary precautions to ensure the security of your home or business. This includes employing rigorous background checks for all our cleaning technicians and maintaining the highest standards of key and access code security.

To add a new FAQ follow these steps:
1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor
2. Add a new question & answer
3. Assign your FAQ to a category
4. Save and publish.
You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

Yes. To add media follow these steps:
1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor
2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one
3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon
4. Add media from your library and save.

You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
